An ambitious partnership and challenge from three companies, Côté Sushi, Maison Poké and Uber Eats for Franchise Expo event. Pierre & Maurice innovated with a double-sided booth for two different identities. On one side an Hawaiian atmosphere, straw pergola on a bamboo structure and surfboard, as colorful as the kitchen of Maison Poké. On the other side, Nikkei atmosphere (mix of Peruvian and Japanese cultures) designed like Côté Sushi’s Food Fusion dishes.
