An urban renovation project that would change the fate of a former Paris art gallery. Pierre & Maurice designed the project that would transform this once artistic hive into ‘commercial’ space—a building in which brands could envision themselves. Seemingly simple in terms of architecture, the complexity of this project lay in creating a building of the highest quality and one worthy of its neighbourhood. An empty space awaiting future tenants!
