Pierre & Maurice, in collaboration with the American PR agency, Golin, launched the Garofalo brand at the Salon du Sirha.

Pierre & Maurice’s contribution? The design and production of the entire setting—an ephemeral restaurant in which the chefs of Toques Blanches have hosted many culinary events and shows.
